The 6 Pillars of a 6-Figure Business

After having 10 consecutive multiple 6-figure cash years in my coaching business, I’ve learned that there are 6 specific areas you need to focus on if you want to generate $100K, $250K, $500K or more every year.

1. Mindset - You need a clear, inspiring vision that motivates you to get things done in your business and a daily mindset practice that keeps your energy positive, even when you’re not getting results as quickly as you want.

2. Offers - You need to create a suite of offers that your ideal client actually wants to buy and price them properly so that you can easily earn $10K or more per month.

3. Marketing - You need to build an audience of potential buyers to sell to and consistently implement the online marketing strategies that are working *now* so you can get seen by 1000s of your ideal clients.

4. Sales - You need to have effective sales structures in place and a repeatable sales process so that you can make offers over and over throughout the year.

5. Systems - You need to set up the right systems and tech to run your business smoothly on the backend, including automation for lead generation, online marketing, client communication and collecting payments.

6. Team - You need to hire help at home AND in your business so that you can free up more time to prioritize revenue-generating activities and enjoy your life!
